I don’t just shoot weddings and portraits, I often shoot a variety of other stuff.
Earlier this year I was commissioned by Exmouth Town council to capture some aspects of Exmouth for some up coming editorial features.
Now that the first editorial feature has gone to print I am able to blog these shots…
First up was The Exe Mussel Company, where I was met buy the owners and whisked out on a boat to the dredger in the bay, then it was back to the processing plant to document the next stage in the process of the mussels from sea bed to plate.
After sometime with the great guys at Exmouth Mussels I then packed all my gear into my trusty Peli case for a trip out to sea to meet local chef and spear fisherman, Olivier Guyard-Mulkerrin, thanks to the great guys at Stuart Line Cruises, myself and my assistant Greg, were soon at our agreed meeting point some two miles offshore from Exmouth. I didn’t need any encouragement to get in the water withe waterproof housing and capture some unique shots of Olivier doing what he does to catch fish for his restaurant.
It was then back up the estuary for some dusk shots of Exmouth itself and the unique floating restaurant..
I just had to include these images.. The great guys at Stuart line who after watching me be carried away by the strong tidal current thought it best to instagram some shots of me rather than come get me, my trust Peli case at sea with about 10K worth of gear packed into it and of course my assistant the Don Johnson of Dorset, Greg…
