I have been sat here for about 20 minutes trying to start writing this post and honestly don’t know where to start. I think the only words I can start with are – What a day! Having seen Jenna grow up and working as a fireman with her Dad for 10 years+ I was very proud and honoured to be part of their special day.
The weather sucked but it didn’t stop Jenna and Nic enjoying their day. It certainly made for one very memorable wedding for me and Greg my second shooter.
Hopefully the images speak a thousand words but highlights for me where walking the bride through the family business with customers all cheering, Giles my amazing local vicar conducting the ceremony, a very moving reading from Gary Morgan, a very wet and windy shoot on Marine drive with the couple, the magician / hypnotist in the evening (Monkey, Elephant), the whole evening itself really, the laughs in the photobooth, the bride singing with the band (Sonic Fusion) and the evening finishing with the mother of the bride in a banana suit shuffling to LFMAO Party Rockers! Oh and a guest booked signed by the Newton Faulkner!!
Huge thanks to Greg my second shooter who covered the groom prep and the church before my arrival with the bride, then his help running the booth in the evening. Thanks mate. (All credit to him for the beautiful shot of Jenna by the blinds too)..
Huge huge congratulations guys, I wish you both all the very best for the future.
