August.. it should be a month of glorious sunshine and warm summer evenings. The summer of 2012 obviously had different ideas.
But that didn’t stop Rob and Keely celebrating their Tunnels beaches wedding in style and defying the weather with a very moving and emotional ceremony at the venue. We just got the ceremony finished then the heavens opened, the guests moved so quick I was left standing in the middle of the terrace photographing everyone running for cover. A very funny sight..
One thing I love about the tunnels is that it can cope no matter what the weather, not just from a guest perspective but from mine as well. I love nothing more than getting down on the beaches and capturing some shots of the couple and their guests exploring the beaches, but on rainy days and with a litte imagination there’s a whole host of spots that the couple portrait shots can be shot in relative privacy. Which is a good job really as 2012 was a very wet year.
A huge congratulations to rob and keely and I wish you both all the very best for the future.
The final shot pretty much sums it all up for me.. All you need is love. Simple.
