When new neighbours move in next door to your house you are always a little apprehensive, but it wasn’t long before we were sharing drinks over the garden fence and many an evening was spent just chatting away about random stuff, so when they said they were getting married and wanted me to be their wedding photographer, I was blown away and totally flattered. Especially as they wanted something a little different..
A proper beach wedding.
So after all the planning their amazing day finally arrived, the weather wasn’t really on our side but it kindly held off long enough for Adam and Lianne to say the “i do’s” in front of the beach huts on Saunton beach. Huge thanks to Mary and Chrissy from Cherished Memories for making Lianne’s dream come true.
After the ceremony we had enough time to get the all important group shot and some couples portrait shots on the beach before the rain arrived and we sought the shelter of the amazing Beachside Grill right on the beach.
The evening entertainment was taken care of by Liam from Flybase Disco, always a pleasure to work with Liam and his team..
Thankfully the rain did ease back and we were able to get down on the beach for a kinda sunset shot, which I was blown away with..And I think the couple love it too!!!!!
I have honestly been lost for words on how to describe Adam and Lianne’s day, which I know is hard to imagine from me, but I have, not because I was struggling to express how amazing it was but I was struggling not to use the word awesome, amazing, beautiful, intimate and near perfect in every sentence!!!
I honestly can’t express how honoured I was to be part of their amazing day and how awesome the couple are as neighbours..
I wish you the hugest amount of love and congratulations on such a special day..
